My preschooler LOVES Curious George. I think they resemble each other and so I love the curious little monkey too. This game is the best of George and the zoo theme is very appropos. We’ve played the game over and over in many different ways. We play the game per the instructions, we don our masks and hunt for more animals whether or not we have the game board out and my little guy uses the ‘walkie talkie’ constantly to go on treasure hunts and call dad at work. It’s an easy game to get little ones interested, engaged and able to burn off some steam. Highly recommend for little and big kids!

So much fun: nice little board game, with a great “helping” theme. . . and then throw in a suprise game hide-and-seek! The kids love it, and we all have fun playing. The walkie-talkie game controller is a great idea, something unique, another feature the kids enjoy.

We love Curious George to begin with, so getting this toy was a treat. My 5 and 7 year old boys love it. It’s easy to see why: you’ve got the walkie-talkie, and how many other board games TALK to you?! Then you have the different zoo areas, and my kids happen to be into animals and their habitats at the moment. Then you have the school bus, and not knowing if you’re going to get to move the bus forward one spot makes the whole thing more fun. And then, best of all, there’s the hide and seek part of the game. Seeing my little guy’s face light up when he hears it’s time to hide? Awesome. Plus, the unexpected nature of the whole thing makes the game better than your average board game.

My kids (ages 5 and
want to play this game over and over. The board game is fun in itself, but to then have the toy walkie-talkie suddenly say “The animals have escaped!!!” — and put on animal masks and play hide and seek all over the house to find them — is totally irresistable! I don’t think they’ll get tired of this one very soon. We like all of our “I Can Do That” games, but this one just might be the best.

We had been playing the heck out of this game! My kids love the masks, and the walkie talkie! You are all working together, so it is not as competitive as some games. The goal of the game is to help the animals, which my 3 year old loves. In the middle of the game all an alarm goes off and everyone runs and hides. It is genius! Everyone loves it, and it adds some energy to the entire game. It is a good game for older kids to play with little ones. The ages on the box are 4-8, but my 3 year old was totally into it, and just needed a little help. I definatly recommend this game!
